Converting WPS Presentation slides into image sequences offers a practical solution for creators needing static frames for video projects, online content, or long-term storage.

WPS Office includes a built-in, easy-to-use tool that eliminates the need for external software or complicated setup steps.

Begin by opening the WPS Presentation file you wish to export.

Make sure all slide elements—animations, transitions, and timing—are locked in place, as they won’t carry over to the exported images.

Once your presentation is ready, navigate to the File menu located in the top left corner of the application window.

From the dropdown options, select Export.

A new panel will open, displaying multiple exportable file types.

Pick the command that says "Export as Images" from the list.

A dialog box will open, allowing you to specify the destination folder where the images will be saved.

It is advisable to create a dedicated folder for these files to keep them organized.

After selecting the destination, decide which image format best suits your needs.

WPS commonly provides three standard formats: JPEG, PNG, and wps官网 BMP.

JPEG is recommended for smaller file sizes and good quality, while PNG is preferable if you need transparent backgrounds or lossless compression.

Once the format is set, you can adjust the output resolution.

Increasing the resolution improves sharpness and detail, particularly important for print or 4K

When every option is properly set, initiate the export by clicking the Export button.

The software will render each slide one by one, producing an individual image for every slide.

Each image is named systematically (Slide1, Slide2, Slide3...) to preserve the original slide order when importing into other software.

The time required for the export depends on the number of slides and the selected resolution.

Once finished, a pop-up will notify you that the export is complete.

You can now locate your exported images in the folder you specified and use them in any application that supports image files, such as video editing software, photo galleries, or presentation players that require static frames.

By using WPS’s native export function, you avoid quality loss from screenshots and sidestep the complexity of external software entirely.
