First, load the target document into WPS Office. Next, select the specific text you need translated—a single word, a phrase, or multiple lines. Navigate to the Review section in the main menu. There, you’ll see the Translate button. Tap on it to display the translation window.



The translation panel slides in from the right side of the screen, presenting the original phrase with a menu to pick the destination language. It offers translation across a broad spectrum such as Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, and numerous others. After choosing your target language, the tool instantly generates a translation. Review the result and decide whether to replace the original. Click Insert to overwrite the original text.
