Transforming WPS files into video content is a effective way to distribute your presentations with others who may not have access to WPS Office. Whether you are creating training materials, turning your slideshow into a video file ensures reliable performance on multiple systems. The process in WPS Office is simple and requires only minimal actions to complete successfully.

Start with launching your presentation file in WPS Presentation. Make sure all your slides are finalized, with transitions, motion effects, and multimedia elements properly set. It’s essential to check every slide carefully before exporting, as modifications post-export will require you to repeat the process. If you have integrated spoken commentary or scheduled visual effects, confirm that they are correctly configured and test them in playback mode.

Once your presentation is ready, navigate to the ribbon interface and click on the "Export" tab. From the list of options, choose Export as Video. A export panel will appear, allowing you to configure video properties. Here, you can choose the video resolution that matches your audience’s requirements. Options typically include standard, high, and 4K resolution, depending on your version of WPS Office. Upgrading resolution enhances clarity, but result in larger file sizes.

After that, configure the FPS—a rate of 24 or 30 frames per second is ideal for general viewing. However, if your presentation includes quick-moving visuals, you may improve fluidity by selecting 60 FPS. Then, decide whether to use the default slide timing. If you have set slide durations in practice mode, WPS will apply your saved timings. Otherwise, you can enter a fixed number of seconds per slide, which is ideal for consistent playback.

You can also choose whether to include narration and laser pointer effects in the final video. If you’ve included spoken narration, make sure this option is turned on so your voice tracks are locked in. The red dot indicator, if used, will display as a pinpoint accent following your cursor during playback.

When your preferences are finalized, click "Export" and choose your save location where you want the video file to be saved. WPS will start rendering your slideshow. The time required depends on the number of slides, the level of visual effects, and the selected resolution. Once the export is complete, WPS will show a success alert and launch the output directory, which is typically exported as MP4—a widely compatible and standard video container.

To confirm quality, play the exported video on your device or share it on Vimeo or YouTube. Verify smooth motion between frames, sound matches visuals, and animations play as expected. If anything appears misaligned, return to your original presentation, modify your export options, and re-render the video.

Turning WPS files into video content is not only efficient but also broadens availability. Viewers can consume your material without using WPS Office, and MP4s simplify distribution via text messages, WhatsApp, or Instagram. This feature is especially useful for distance teaching, internal announcements, and public presentations where reliability and ease of access are vital. With just minimal effort, you can transform a static slideshow into a sophisticated visual experience that makes a strong impact.
