Every Base Upgrade Requirement In Palworld

Of all the different items in palworld Summer Update , perhaps the most brutal one is the Meat Cleaver. A knife created to butcher Pals, the Meat Cleaver replaces the "Pet" command in Palworld with the "Butcher" command ** . As described by the item in-game, Pals are removed from the game entirely once butchered** . This element starkly contrasts with getting knocked out, which is what usually happens when Pal's HP is reduced to zero. Depresso can also increase their movement speed by drinking energy drinks, allowing them to travel more quickly around your base if you need stuff done at speed. They aren't very good at fighting and don't seem to have an ambition to attack, so having them at your base is your best bet.

It feels like you always need more spheres, bows and nails, so having pals to work on the crafting benches that are needed to create these items, so that you can have a good supply without having to manually stand there and craft them yourself.


Crossplay and server transfers are simply nice technical changes to bring players together. Server transfers remove the fear of wasted time if a game update makes an old world outdated or a player's friends want to join them. Crossplay helps combine the fanbase between PC and Xbox, the only platforms Palworld is purchasable on. However, this would mean mods would not be supported on those servers , as Xbox players would have no way to download them, unless Pocketpair creates a proprietary mod store similar to Bethesda's Creation Cl

Daedream is a beautifully designed Pal, with ethereal-looking hair and a floating quality that gives the Dark Elemental Pal a spooky feel to it. They are only found at night and provide a powerful combat ability with their Partner Skill. When in a team, the Dream Chaser skill can be used, so Daedream appears near the player and each time the player attacks, Daedream adds magic bullets, giving a combat boost in _Palworld

Exploring is a key aspect of any survival game, and Palworld is no exception. Once you decide on a place to build your settlement, you will need to explore your surroundings, and if you want to cover as much ground as possible, a Pal you can mount will help a lot.

The main utility for Foxparks, besides probably being the first Fire Pal you will encounter, is that it can be used as a flamethrower in combat, once you build its Harness in a Pal Gear Workbench. On your base, it will be in charge of keeping all your torches lit, and powering the Smelter, should you ever need it.


One of the more unfortunate (and hilarious) aspects of the Meat Cleaver is the fact that it replaces the Pet command with the Butcher command, both of which are two entirely different things. Implementing the butchering process in this way poses an obvious problem when the Meat Cleaver is equipped, as those who regularly pet their Pals may butcher them by mistake fairly easily. This is made even worse if the Pal is a unique or rare Pal that hasn't been bred yet, as it's more than possible to accidentally butcher it and have it removed from the game for g

Daedream has a point in handiwork, transporting and gathering, making them a very useful pal to have around your base. They can easily craft your items but keep busy transporting and gathering for the rest of their day. They also seem to be fast at picking up a new task, not wasting time getting right to work.


An update notwithstanding, however, a simple solution can prevent people from accidentally killing their favorite Pals. Since the Meat Cleaver needs to be equipped, it makes more sense to store it away in the inventory or in a storage container until it's necessary to clear up some space in the Pal Box. Not to mention, there are a multitude of other weapons that are better at damaging pals than the cleaver. Once the dirty deed is done, they can place it back in its designated spot to prevent any unwanted deaths in _Palworld


That said, the animation for the actual butchering process could be deemed a bit much by some , as even though it's blurred, there could probably be a more humane way to remove Pals from the inventory. This is especially true considering the function serves a real purpose within the game, but some might find it too gruesome to do. Though it'll come down to personal preference of whether this even matters at all, it could be remedied by slightly altering the animat


For early planting in Palworld, it often comes down to a choice between Gumoss and Lifmunk, yet Lifmunk is the cooler choice as it can do many more things as well, and looks adorably dangerous when wielding an SMG.
